Recruitment
We recruit highly qualified Security Officers at BABS Security Headquarters with the
following qualifications:
- 24- 40 years
- Form 4, D+ and above
- Valid Certificate of Good Conduct
- Good written and spoken English& Kiswahili
- Well-groomed and presentable
- Detailed form filling including residential & home village sketch maps, nuclear and extended family background, employment background, referee checks etc.
Training
Our Security Officers undergo a 3-week Basic Guarding Course (BGC) covering:
- Security threats/ Protection of information
- Introduction to Criminal Offences
- Arrests and restraint by Private Security Operatives
- Roles and duties of a security officer
- Discipline
- Vetting / observations
- Customer care/ public relations
- Occurrence book and written reports
- Patrolling techniques
- Handling of crime scenes
Further Training
Thereafter 2 weeks of customized training to suit the client’s requirements with extensive in-house training in areas stated below:
- 24- 40 years
- Form 4, D+ and above
- Valid Certificate of Good Conduct
- Good written and spoken English& Kiswahili
- Well-groomed and presentable
- Detailed form filling including residential & home village sketch maps, nuclear and extended family background, employment background, referee checks etc.
